Yes it is legal to record in Az. HOWEVER, in order to USE the recording in any legal matter, you also need to find out where the CA is calling FROM.

Do this, say "Are you calling from India? or one of the call centers in some other Country? Once you get the State the call is FROM on the tape, you can check my website "taping laws" to see if that State is ALSO a one party State. If it is, then you can use the tape in Court, if not, you can write a transcript from the tape, date it for the date of the tape and enter it into a sworn affidavit for any Court.
