How would your recommend approaching CA to settle?
FYI: within SOL,medical bill under $600, WA state.
We would like to avoid a judgement and court all together. Should we take some sort of letter to the CA when we give them a copy of the answer to the summons? Should it say what we are willing to pay and that we want them to agree to a voluntary dismissal? We can pay fairly quickly, do you rec we take a MO or check with us?
And if they agree what sort of documentation do you rec, and how to reflect it on CR?
And...how do we make sure that the lawsuit is dropped? Any info is greatly appreciated!
