My SOL is about to hit on a debt i incurred years ago, I keep reading that a charge off stays on your report for seven years(colorado), but what happens after that, does it automatically fall off, no longer counts against your score, or do you have to write the CRA and ask them to remove it or what, I would really appreciate the help, thanks
