Oh, boy...do I know that scenario well. I got accounts kicked back onto me that I didn't even know existed. (Apparently he fraudulently signed me up as an "authorized user" on several accounts even after the divorce was finalized.) And I didn't have the property and knew nothing about the BK, either. He got to keep the property and was protected from ever having to pay, I got the CA's hounding me and crapping all over my credit report. I'm still trying to clean up the mess. He, on the other hand, just bought a new house and car. Since you gave the jewelry to her as a gift and it was included in a property settlement, I'd suggest you pay off such a small amount. If you want to hack her off to the max and risk a civil suit for breach of your property settlement, then go ahead and include it in your BK.
