Does your court allow administrative reviews? That would stay within the same court system, so it shouldn't cost all that much. Where I live, it costs $90 to request a review.

If you demanded strict proof from the CA and they had nothing with your signature, I would say that might be a legitimate reason to request a review. Perhaps Why Chat can confirm that.

Just remember that in a civil court, the judge makes a decision based on a preponderance of the evidence. I'm not sure that there's an issue of law in your case.
