I was informed by an attorney that IF and WHEN an OC tries to hold an authorized signer responsible for debt on an account where the AU is not the primary debtor, the OC can only hold the AU for the specific charges made on the account by the AU......not the entire debt. The OC has to submit written documentation to the court, proving the AU is responsible for their part of the debt.
