Judgements Coming? Property Issues

What about this: 3 debts charged-off 1 year ago.
Total debt: 16k (3 cards Citi 5/Citi 6/Providian 5)
I bought property 11 months ago.
I live in California. I filed a Homestead (good for 50k in equity protection). I have 100k in equity.
Mortgage company hasn't reported it on my credit for some reason, which I am glad about. Creditors won't notice?
No judgements yet! (unless they are doing it behind my back as I write this)
Should I wait 3 more years until SOL runs out, and pray?
Should I allow them to file judgements - and refinance so that the equity stays below 50k? And keep doing this so that the can't force a sale?
SHOULD I JUST SELL IT NOW BEFORE ANY JUDGEMENTS?
Any suggestions?
