credit charge offs?

im very confused on what to do. i got my credit report recently and i have seven account that are charged off as bed debt, 3 accounts that say collection account? the others 30 days late paid as agreed. can someone explain this report to me. should i worry so much about the charge offs?should i pay the charge offs? can i save the collection accounts or will they be charged off? how does this work. someone please email me. im very deperate on this. thanks
