I just received info and a form to fill out from the California State Attorney General's office. This is in reference to Gulf State. The Attorney General State of Calif. also recommends you file a complaint with Federal Trades Commission. Their toll free number is 1-877-FTC-help or there is an on-line complaint form. Teh FTC enters Internet, telemarketing, and other fraud-related complainst into Consumer Sentinel, This can be reached at www.ftc.gov. Don't know the Statute of Limitations in other states, but it is one year in Calif.
