I just don't want any judgements! I also don't want to look over my shoulder for the next 3 years, but I guess I don't have a choice! Perhaps I'll consider asset protection methods (of course, short of fraud)! I supposed I don't know what my question was --- just if I should sell or not. Anyway, I have that property rented out now (2 months ago) and have relocated! Bye guys.
