I dont know where you live but if your market is good you should try to borrow/beg/plead to pay what you owe, and sell for the profit (if there is one)your going to loose the home anyway.
Otherwise, i dont know what determines the price of your home for bk basically its what you owe on your morgage note, speak with your accountant or lawyer forclosure is an ugly long drawn out process
