If you want to tell us what state you are in we will give you a link to your bk exemptions. In some states you can use state or federal exemptions, in some states you can use state exemptions only. I own a house, and used the tenants by the entirely state law when I filed bk. So, don't let anyone tell you that you will loose your house in bk. It is just not true in most cases, and a good attorney will be able to guide you through a bk.
