foreclosure is not long, drawn out, nor ugly. you wont lose your house in BK if you re-affirm it and keep paying. (unless its paid for and worth more than the exemption allowed, then its still doubtful) dont beg/plead/borrow to pay off something like unsecured debt. what you owe on a note doesnt count nothing toward its value or worth. selling a house before BK wouldnt be smart if done in the previous 6 months to a year. it smacks of fraud or covering up things and the court wouldnt take kindly to it. ANY MORE IDEAS???? cause for every incorrect thing posted by anyone..someone will answer it quickly. we all post things wrong at times..i had one terrible day the other day lol..all unintentional. so nothing will slip past, which is another GREAT thing about this place.
