i would be REAL careful asking for validation inside SOL. it leaves them no way to collect and it might get someone sued. just my 2 cents. think carefully before one decides to ask for that unless you truly know its not your account. only my opinion! with a validation..they cant collect until they validate..ha ha, which none ever do, and thus save the C and D until it is . defining validation is up to the individual judge. i personally dont feel the need to have one do it for me in court unless im forced.
