wow, they must be desperate for business and poor lawyers to boot. none here have time to collect. lol..and only 1 or 2 actually go to court on suits for out of town companies. what do you mean---"starting to collect"? check for your state if a bond or license is needed, also, assigned or bought the debt? makes a difference.
