ASSET DID THE SAME TO ME. I got a summons, they filed a judgment. which was never registered by the way. I contacted everyone i was supposed to contact. they are now garnishing my check for huge sums for a debt that is so old it is no longer on my credit report. the statute of limitations has run out on this debt but they are garnishing my check anyhow. i filed complaints with the better business bureau and the attorney general and the feds, but i don't know what else to do, i have barely enough money left for the rent and food and can't even hire a damned attorney to sue the B*stards back.
