I have perfectly clean credit, thanks to a credit repair company who was honest. Well the other day I was checking my trimerge and a creditor who I havent heard from in 4 years pulled EQ. Now they are in Tennessee and they repossessed my van. Now I think I still owe them some money that the van didn't cover. I have lived in Florida for 4 years now. Do I go by Floridas SOL or Tennessees SOL?
