Home canned food has high intrinsic value, given times in which we live. Keep in root cellar, under lock and key. Do not share knowledge with those who might pilfer in time of crisis, basic essentials become priceless, extravagances wither to worthlessness. Now, if subject to be canned is 'collections professional', well, let's can up some more dat chunk-a-beef and ship it to the enemy, labeled as 'caviar'. How's that for a strategic weapon? Judging from the, ahem, tight fitting poly suits on those working courtrooms on behalf of "Bud", 'Rufie', 'Sherman', and other pork-chops, there's plenty soupstock in them those 'professionals'.
