You will either have to help yourself, or you will need to find an attorney to help you. Please see my post below on your first thread. You should try to call your local Legal Aid office to see if you qualify.

1000k is ONE MILLION DOLLARS. That'a an awful lot of money.

Also, do you now or have you recently lived with your parents? If so, you need to file an appearance with the court by tomorrow.

If your last address wasn't with your parents, then you need to get an attorney as quickly as possible. You may be able to prove that you were improperly served and avoid a judgment that way. An attorney can also tell you if you weren't given sufficient notice before the hearing according to your court's rules.

IF you don't have access to an attorney AND you can keep your wits about you AND you can follow the directions on Why Chat's site, you CAN prevent MCM from getting a judgment on an expired SOL debt.

Once they get a judgment, it will be much harder to set things right, so stop panicking and start reading.
