I just saw this post. OK, so you are very close to the 5 year SOL in Illinois. WHEN did the card become deliquent? In your case this is very important. Could mean the difference between being within SOL or not. The SOL started to run when the account became deliquent. The first time you missed a payment and never brought the account current again.
