You need to fill in all the gaps in your story.
What state?
When were you served?
Who Signed
When was the answer date?
When did you last live at your parents address?
Why would anybody serve you there?
Did one of your parents sign for the summons?
How long has it been sitting there (at your parents?
How old is this account?
When was the last time you were current on this account?
Do you live in a area where court records are on file? if so have you checkd this out? Is it real?
Fill in all the gaps and then others including myself may be able to guide you better.
