So, look at your credit report, and look at the DOLA. When did you last pay Orchard Bank (pretty sure they still exist as Orchard) When did the account with Orchard become deliquent? That is the date the SOL started. Noting that this is Midland, this is most likely passed the SOL. Is there an Illinois attorney? Was this served to your parent's house by a sheriff? Did it come in the mail. How did your parents get it. This is just my guess, but I would think that if a sheriff gave this to your parents they would let you know about it immediately........
