They will keep adding charges, and you will be paying $100.00 a month forever and a day. These ae predatory lenders. You might try reporting them to the attorney general in your state. I really don't know what to say. Just that I know these people are not going to go away easily. Pay what you agreed and then stop paying, keep a good paper trail, and if they sue, show up in court with all of your proof. Can you prove that you sent the fax to them in good time?
