judgement agains my wife

2 weeks ago we ran a credit report on my wife and it shows a judgement against her for 1600 dollars for a 400 bill in the Hospital over ten years ago plus fees and others it went up to 1600 dollars,unfortunnanly we don't have the money so I wonder if there is a way to clean her credit report and fix this problem,any ideas will be really helpfull,Thanks
