yes, he is fulla crap. judgements depend on what state its in...and i doubt anyone cares at a airport. lol. they cant do anything unless you have assets in that state and even then, most wont do anything with one. all they can do is go after a car or house or land..checking accounts....court proceedings again..what state was this? you sure there is a judgement at all? i think they will go after him, personally. glad you can visit!! i envy you living overseas...wish i could at least visit it. judgements are only good for so many years and cant be transferred to a diff state without court proceedings. i think he is blowing smoke up your.......well, you know. lol. sorry. they sound awfully old and i doubt anyone would even know it and your ex sounds like a nutcase..no offense , lol.
