only my opinion/i dont think you screwed up that bad

they sue because most will default and not show. they violate because most dont know the laws and most who do wont fool with a court case. a numbers game.

i started out like you...way too many morals..lol and foolish me thought if i told them i couldnt pay they would care. also if i told them the law, they would follow it. WRONG. you basically told them your every move and they folded on you and got rid of you,. dont do that again. lol. we learn hon, hindsight. im really good at hindsight! lol. play your cards close and dont tell a CA nothing.

personally i think paying before it was CO was a great idea. you saved a lot on your credit and got rid of that one. good move. i am paying on one now like that. paid one off already. kept 2 COs off my reports. the OCs expect you to pay regardless of what you do or dont do. they will send it on to another CA, and now you know more than before and can do things diff. good luck to you!!!!
