Report this to the AG now. They have intentionally delayed your payment in order to charge more fees, which is illegal.

If this loan is in any way linked to your bank account, close it now. Payday companies will arbitrarily try to take money out, even if you don't have it. This will lead the bank to charge a bunch of fees, close your account, blacklist you with ChexSystems, and try to collect money from you.

If there's any way to come up with the $260 (other than another payday loan) and pay them, it might be best just to be rid of the whole affair. If you can't pay the full amount demanded, it's just a waste of money to make small payments. They will hound you worse than they would someone who's totally stiffed them, because they know you have some money. Better to pay nothing at all unless and until you have a payment plan agreed in writing. Point out that you're on SSDI so they can sue all they want and they'll get dookie.
