Well, it does help to have a relative who practices law in your state. Didn't have that for the bk, but I had it for the divorce. I didn't go anywhere without his phone numbers. Ex knew my relative, so it was pretty easy for me. Probably a little easier than for most. I was pretty fair though. At least I thought so.
