my opinion/ you owe it. no matter what insurance does or not..all the print in drs offices and hospitals says "patient is responsible for all charges". should you not want this on your credit, pay it. has it been reported? as what? make sure you receive a paid in full and hopefully they wont report it. clinic is billing you? still? pay it. my 2 cents. doesnt matter what insurance does or doesnt. if not, you risk a CA or reporting it on the CRs. once there, the best you can do is a paid CO or paid but late. up to you:) others may not agree. i speak only for me, lol. im impressed they are billing you directly and havent send it off to a CA. mistakes happen..bills get lost. obviously, they have learned this and are re-doin their paperwork. i think they sound like a decent place.
