The experience that I've had with W&A is that they are aggressive, ruthless jerks that will not take 'no' for an answer. Of course, at the time I was dealing with the scumbags, I was not very knowledgeable in debt collection. They're notorious for violations of the FDCPA. They were willing to sue me and my wife as well as garinshee my wife's wages. I settled with the anal retentive outlaws.
