imho..if you have opted out..the only CAs who can access your reports must have reason. as assigned or bought a debt. they cant just scan it, if you have opted out. without it, they can look all they want cause i had a bunch who did. im disputing some hard inquiries now. if im wrong, someone will tell me. i dont know if anyone can see when WE check it. some check it 10 times a day.
