Richard DeJana operates out of Kalispell, Montana just down the street from my home. He is in my estimation rather low. His collections include "Medical Recovery" where you hassle sick or elderly folks for payment before they may pass away.

He sued me (6 years in duration) because his clients intentionally placed their fence in the wrong spot 16 years ago. Rather than accept the easement, perfected many times over, he colluded with Judge Ted O. Lympus and judged a retracement performed in 1997 as "establishing" the duly recorded 40 year old boundary lines, thus reseting the clock of limitations. Both slick characters.

You may recall Judge Lympus on ABC television's 20/20 as the "Praying Judge", caught colluding with prosecutors during sentencing in the murder trial of a mentally and physically challenged boy. (Overturned, released)

We refused to sign the "Standard Non-Disclosure" papers in order to preserve out rights to reveal our horrible experiences to all.

I would threaten DeJana with The Montana Supreme Copurt's Comission on Practice. This impotent group frightens thieves because they may get their name in the local newspaper. I filed a complaint against DeJana with them and he was forced to execute the judgement which disappeared after they cashed the check.
