Why is your post titled "Judgment"?? Do you have a filed judgment on your report? NJ SOL is 6 years, your SOL for being sued elapsed Dec. 2003, the account will come off your report Dec. 2004 (Tazi is off by a year). You can get it off sooner by disputing it to the CRA as "obsolete". Make sure you opt out before fixing anything.
