"Creditor Recently Found Individual"

I saw a message below that ASSet had notated on a credit report "unable to find customer" or something similar. I see on my CRs they note "creditor recently found individual." Now the problem with that is I've lived in the same place for over 10 years now, same address, same phone, etc. The accounts they have were charged off only between 3 1/2 and 4 years ago. So what is ASSet trying to pull with this? Sincerely,
