sorry , Jk. 4 lawyers couldnt tell her if her retirement is exempt??? that dont sound right. she needs some better lawyers. every state has its own rules, as i was told, and it depends how the accounts are set up and worded. . i cant believe she cant find ONE who knows BK law in her state. this wont be on any site..its too legal for that and tooo complicated..i think. cause ours depended on how the entire 401k was set up and worded. wasnt like...written in stone..."no ira can be touched."
