Anyway, I looked at Kansas and it said to see federal law. So, I am not sure, but 25% of net is about what most states allow for garnishment. I have never seen more than 25% though. So, depending on how much the first guy is taking, if he is taking the full 25% (probably is) then the 2nd guy has to wait until the first guy gets his money. They can never take more than whatever % your state allows from your paycheck, no matter how many get a judgement and try to garnish. So, don't worry. Hopefully, somebody will chime in and quote for certain what the federal law for garnishment is.
