What state are you in, is this account within the SOL. Hope you are not going to sit down and let them get a judgement by default. Have you been sued? If you are listening to CAs, don't they lie and threaten more often than not. Best bet is to Ignore them. Opt Out. Protect assets, especially banking info. Sit tight.
