This is NOT your debt, send the letter linked below, or "computerguy's epistle" a SOL letter is appropriate when it IS your debt. Send it CRRR, follow up in 30 days with the dispute to CRA letter from my website. File a complaint with the FTC and your State AG office for FCRA & FDCPA violations, put a fraud alert on your reports, ( I assume you have already opted out)
