S & P Capital Investment.. Anybody else have 'em??

I have been trying to get S&P Capital Investment to validate an account they have on my credit report. I've sent 2 DV letters and included the certificate from the state of Florida saying that they ( S&P ) were not licensed to do business in my state with both letters. I have also sent them a copy of the SOL letter I sent to the OC they are supposedly collecting for. They are continuing to verify with all 3 CRA's I have not heard word one from them.
Anybody else dealing with them or dealt with them in the past??? They are being a real pain in the A** !!!
