They are really bad. You better get your money out NOW!!!!!At least they served me(not personally, of course), but I knew what was gonna happen. They will not settle for less than 80%, so I have filed for BK. They cannot take your house, maybe they can put a lein on it though. Check to see if it's tenancy by entireties. I closed all bank accounts, and stopped direct deposit. You should do the same, and quickly.
