You have 60 days from the date of the statement to dispute it with the credit card company.

DISPUTE IT as an unauthorized charge to your account!!!

And then immediately follow Keyser's and JK's advice to get a lawyer.

Finally, remember this event and vow never give a collection agency your bank account number or credit card number.
