1) You need a good lawyer.
2) Please turn off your cap locks.
3) Yes, they can legally take your new car, but that's an expensive way to get their money so they probably won't. They'll go for your wages first.
4) Just because it falls off your credit report won't make a judgment go away. And in many states, judgments can be renewed by the CA before the SOL for the judgment runs out.
