What steps should I take to get Cohen & Slamowitz to refund the $100.00 they "stole" from my savings account after freezing our bank accounts for a judgement on my disabled wife. It only took 2 business days for them to Un-freeze once we proved her income is solely SSD and the rest is mine which cannot be touched in NY. The thing the irks me is that the savings account has me as primary and they took the $100.00 for LEGAL PAPERS" from that. All of the $$$ in the saving is direct deposited from MY employer and they know it!!! Let me know if any recourse from here, or should I just be satisfied that that the majority of my $$$ was released back?
