Ok... months ago I received a call from these people to settle a debt the purchased from one of my credit card companies. I paid via Check by phone and they generated their own check numbers.

The payments never went through, and today I just received a call from ANOTHER collection agency looking for this money. I told him this was set up to be paid off about 7 months ago.

So what should I do now?
