better to send cease and desist letter as they wont pay attention to someone telling them not to call. they find numbers from all kinds of places and records and go after family..neighbors. sounds like you have the same scum im running into...bottom barrel CAs,. you have some wonderful violations on them tho!!! i would get the in laws to tape it for you..cause you have some great things to sue with. press any and all charges (civil and criminal) you can on him...complain to any and all you can in both states..see if he needs a license or bond in yours..he just broke about 100 laws. hit them in both states. even to pressing criminal charges for whatever that falls under. their whole idea is to freak people out hon. try to make you pay. make them pay!!!!
