To Keyser, Boad and Cat - I thank all of you for your earlier support and making me realize I had to read up on this before I went to court. It helps that I work at a law firm and I was able to spend many hours perusing their books. It's evident that these low life law firms who take on these bad debt collectors as clients don't spend as much time doing their research as I did. Oh yea, you will be happy to know that there were still quite a few people sitting around me who I "chatted up" before the judge came in and who I told about these boards and who I also told "don't admit to anything - make them prove their case." Those same people still happened to be sitting there when I got up so hopefully they got a good show and used some of the same tactics. The unfortunate thing through the whole process was that young associate was just so darn cute I hated (not really) sticking it to him like that - lol lol.
