I suggest you send the repo deficiency letter to the harrassing CA , the finance Co. and the dealer who sold you the car. Look up the sales dates in carfax.com so you will be able to properly fill in the letter.

The interest charges were in excess of Tx usury laws, (and I believe Fl. also) Which State was it "surrendered" in?
