Get a lawyer. Keep calling until one takes your case. sChitiBunk is employing 'sharp business practices', perfected in the nineties to enrich a handful of pubescent thugs with MBA's, whose practices the last few years have left many stockholders disillusioned albeit wiser.
sChiti breached the contract, nail them. Get a lawyer. They are exploiting your diminished health and distress over finances to gain unfair advantage. Hold fast. Don't sell anything. Remember, when the going gets tough, the tough do nothing.
Many of us, when hit with scumfly lawsuits have wanted to do nothing less than weigh anchors and flee the country. It's human nature, fight or flight. Fight. Dig in. They want to scare you? Scare 'em back. Lawyers, FTC complaints, start a Disability application, perhaps with Social Security. You have rights, they don't. Bash these slime-faced pimps with all legal resources.
Send them a letter indicating that should your health continue - right, continue - to deteriorate as result of the stress caused by their actions, you will sue them as individuals as well as jointly. Perhaps your family physician will send a nice note as well. He should. If he doesn't, get another one. Be a good. consumer. I'd recommend my physician, H. Lecter, M.D., but of late he's no longer holding office hours, making only housecalls, for some reason. Curious.

Reasonably,

Keyser Soze

"You needn't worry about me paying call on you,
Clarice, the world's a more interesting place
with you in it."

"The Silence of the Lambs"
