Avenger is right, a quick point. They can only sue you in your home county, or in the court having jurisdiction. From time to time you read posts on this board of CA's suing people where they don't live. It's illegal, fraudulent, unfortunately if they get a judgement, it's tough to fight it. Imagine, CA's engaging in fraudulent, criminal behavior. Curiously, one of those who snookered a gullible elderly relative of mine out of their estate, started their 'illustrious career' as, guess what? A 'collections professional'. Now how about that? What a hot sketch.
