i agree with you both. one bad prob is proof. how can i prove this morning happened? i cant. but for my word. too many simply overlook how these places operate, too many allow default judgements..something i disagree with hugely, and too many lawmakers are more concerned with gay marriage than someone abiding by the other laws. i think our whole system needs to be brought to the 21st century, myself. too many agencies are too overworked and too little staff...too many judges are in lawyers pockets,(or vice-versa) i say, if a CA breaks the law, report it. dont stop. dont allow it. if everyone would stand up to this, i thnk it would change quickly. they see easy money and they run for it. dont make it so easy.
